Help
This page is intended for registering zero-emission vehicles for preferential parking.
PLEASE NOTE: Zero-emission vehicles registered in the Czech Road Vehicle Register are automatically registered in the system, and data on these vehicles is regularly updated. New entries from the Register are loaded into the system with a delay of several days. You can check whether your vehicle is registered for a discount using the Registration check.
If your vehicle plate is not registered, proceed as follows.
On the Registration form:
- fill in the vehicle’s licence plate number and choose the country;
- for the Czech Republic, enter the number of the ORV (vehicle registration certificate, in Czech sometimes called the “small technical licence”) and upload its anonymised first page as an attachment;
- for other countries, enter the ORV number (the number you need to enter is the document number - serial number - of the vehicle registration certificate), VIN, and fuel type, and upload the pages of the anonymised ORV that contain those items (typically both pages of the ORV);
- enter your e-mail to receive notifications on the state of your application (optional);
- check off the reCAPTCHA verification and click the Submit button.
As soon as we verify your application (it can take roughly 5 working days), we will send a notification to the provided e-mail address. If you do not provide an e-mail address, you can check the state of your application with the service Registration check.
